The 100sqm. house is fully equipped in every respect and features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living space ,a shaded sea view veranda protected from the wind, A/C, ceiling fan and wifi.
It is part of a cycladic architecture complex, where there are in total 4 different houses / owners: a nice discreet Italian senior couple owns the house next to Azzuro, another quiet senior Italian couple owns the house right at the top of the complex, and an Italian family with two grown up children, owns the house on top of the complex.

The house is located just above the beach of Agios Sostis, one of particular beauty. It is also a 5 min drive from the famous beaches of Psili Ammos, Ai Giannis, Lia and just five minutes drive from the harbour (Livadi), partly on a dirt road.
